WANTED WEDNESDAYS

          Is A Penny Earned"

TIS THE SEASON TO NOT BE BROKE!!

We all know during the end of the year is when everyone spends more money than ever.  October, November December is the cause bringing the most celebrated holidays back to back "Halloween", "ThanksGiving", and the definite money maker "Christmas", "Kwanzaa", "Three Kings Day", etc.  With the prices already being high for costumes and accessories, and let us not get into how much the tab on your grocery shopping is when trying to make that lavish ThanksGiving spread, 1stClassLadies is here with some tips and resources to see that you don't exactly break the bank this Christmas season!!

ONLINE RESOURCES

CouponCabin.com: For the readers who like to do online shopping this website is your savior when reaching the checkout screen after being a "just throw it in the bag" button happy person.  You can type in whatever site your using in the search box and if applicable Coupon Cabin will list promotion codes for that site.  Such promotions can and will consist of certain percentages off and out fav, free shipping and handling!!!!  They also have printable coupons for stores.

CreditSesame: This site allows you to track their spending, manage debt, create savings goals, and receive tips and updates on interest rate changes and how to save on loans. The site also provides tips on how to better manage your money. Sign up is free (and invitation-only) but the site is still in the beta stage. You fill in your loans and the interest rates. The program takes into account the total cost of a suggested loan. For example, if an adjustable rate loan is recommended, the system will add in potential rate spikes and look for more feasible options.

Groupon: This site gives all new meaning to the term “collective buying power.” Users receive daily updates on entertainment deals, restaurant specials, spa treatments, or some of their favorite retailers. Here’s the lowdown: Groupon guarantees businesses who promote on its site a minimum amount of customers (for a fraction of each sale). But deals are only activated once that minimum amount of customers reserve the purchase online. However, this geotargeting is how Groupon offers hyper-local exclusive deals.

Another way to not break the bank this holiday season is to make the best out of Black Friday deals starting as early as Thursday 11/24!! For a list of stores and their details for this Black Friday check out the link below via Daily News!!
