“Happiness is the consequence of personal effort. You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes even travel around the world looking for it. You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestations of your own blessings. And once you have achieved a state of happiness, you must never become lax about maintaining it. You must make a mighty effort to keep swimming upward into that happiness forever, to stay afloat on top of it.”
-Elizabeth Gilbert
Happiness can be achieved in our life's. What is most difficult at times is the maintaining of it. One should know that not all the time will things be on the upside. We all have our rainy days, unexpected moments, and out right down days. At the end of the day it begins with you to uplift yourself. Start with acknowledging the problem. Move on to finding a solution. Then you let go and let God.
To maintain Happiness on a day to day basis get plenty rest waking up replenished and refreshed. Feeling good and your mind emptied of all drama, nonsense, and stress from the day before.
Surround yourself with all POSITIVE people. Whether family, friends, or a significant other!!
Have a great week and practice our tips in living a Happy Life!!!
