Mean Girls is now showing on other than your local cable movie channel listings!! It can now be seen at no charge at your 9-5, 5-9 what ever your work schedule may be. Not starring Lindsay Lohan or the meanest of the real movie Rachel McAdams but that real BITCH or BITCHES (excuse our french but you know thats what you call her/him under your breath) who some how same way is the reason for most conflicts in the office.
Its diagnosis is the gossiping around the office about who is dating who. The battle of cliques. The competitiveness within a specific department. All of these things can bring the worse of a cat fight out in woman at work and one hell of an argument in men also. 1STCLASSLADIES is here to share some ways to deal with such a situation.
HOW TO COPE
1 If being threatened in any way make sure to document all occasions if by email, phone, tap recorder, any way possible. This will help to build your case stronger.
2 Channel yourself away from the groups at work. If dealing with an office that favors cliques don't feel obligated to one as if this is high school and not grown people at work. Come to work, do your job, and at the end of the day go home paid. During your lunch break instead of sitting with everyone you can do lunch outside the office, or even bring a source of entertainment with you that will keep your focus off the those around you.
3 Talk with your superiors. Let them know how such matters that have occurred during work hours has affected your work performance. Consider the options they give in resolving such mattter.
4 If you have someone on the job that you do talk to and can confide in, spend your time with that person during work hours.
5 No matter what let no one ruin your day!!!
