NYC Fashion Week

Time for spring!! Well we know its a bit early but just like fashion we have to be one step ahead preparing for the next season. What better way to get to know what is the must haves and have nots. So from February 9th until the 16 is fashion. everyday the best of the best will get to sow off their talent with a display of their newest styles. Here  is todays run down in case you want in on the action. 

10am.  Clean lines and flattering cuts—“curvilinear,"as Som put it—in easy, romantic fabrics is all we have to say about Peter  Som. See him at Milk Studios, 450 W. 15th St., near Tenth Ave.

11am.  Tess Giberson is a Rhode Island  School of Design graduate will be showing of her designs at Eyebeam, 540 W. 21st St., nr Eleventh Ave.

Noon.  Lincoln Center, the Theatre- Academy of Art University is one of the West Cost's top fashion schools.They pick its top pieces to come be part of its runway showcase.

1pm. Not onlycan he dress people like the first class lady but he is also the new face of Target. Go see stylist Jason Wu at St. John's Center Studios, 330 W. St., nr Houston St., Studio 5

2:30 til 3:30. Its all about the famous and long time standing brand Nautica in the afternoon. Check it out  at The Empire Hotel, Ed's Chowder House, 44 W. 63rd St., nr Columbus Ave.

4pm. If you like a stylist that experiments with fabric, implies shocks of color into her famously subdued palette, as well as designs her own accessories you need to see Doo. Ri at Eyebeam, 540 W. 21st St., nr Eleventh Ave.

7pm. Want to know what Kerry Washington, Blake Lively, Drew Barrymore, Sophia Bush

~Fashion Lights Report~

Speaking of designers presentations for this 2012 NYC Fashion Week, Brooklyn's own up and coming designer Fe Noel of clothing line Simply Intricate will be premiering her collection this Saturday Feb 11th!!  Come out to the streets of NYC between noon and 5pm.  With her feminine yet edgy line you WILL FALL IN LOVE with every piece !!
