The kids want the hottest toys, dad wants the newest tools and mom could definitly go for the most elegant jewlery. However we know what you want- A JOB TO BUY THIS STUFF!! There is no easier or better time to get a job then now. According to the National Retail Federation, retailers nationally are expected to hire $480,000- $500,00 this holiday season. Depending on the position and experience, seasonal employee's can earn anywhere from $8- $20 and hour!! Even though these positions are considered seasonal, if the job is done well and the employer views you as an asset to his/her company your position may very well be swtiched to permanent. How to do this you ask? SIMPE!
- Be Felixable- Employers want to know they can count on you whatever time they ask. If its an overnight position your applying for- BE AVAILABLE OVERNIGHT
- Don't just dress the part but play it well. In order to be the best manager. For example you must know not only your job but the job of those underneath your supervision.
- Check with your former employer. Being that they know how you work and what you can bring to the table, it might make you and an automatic hire over someone else.
