WANTED WEDNESDAYS

"Its a tough job
but Somebody has to do it"

Now-a-days the economy is rough forcing many singles and families to make major changes in their lifestyles to make ends meet.  People have been laid off from well paid jobs or at a lost where they are unable to find employment else where.  Some have turned to the government for some well needed assistance using various aids of grants, food, shelter, and employment.

However some have chosen to take what others might consider to be a "harder" route.  This route would be the decision to balance multiple jobs.  Like we stated above It's a Tough Job but Somebody has to do it.  For some this is an only option to make the stature of money needed for their household.  1STCLASSLADIES are here to give some tips on how to stay sane when involved in this career pattern.

Work Schedule

When working multiple schedules make sure that you leave yourself some "you" time in between.  With only seven days in a week, 24 hrs in a day we can imagine it will be mostly taken up with work hours.  However, for example if working all seven days a week leave yourself one day to be relieved of all work duties.

Healthy Eating & Excercise

We know with such an hectic schedule excercise might seem like a stretch, here's why this is important.  When working multiple jobs and it being very time consuming some tend to become less aware of their eating habits which can lead down a path of bad health.  Same thing goes for the person who was in the practice of working out until they began to work multiple jobs, this will surely slip after awhile because of the lack of time.
Our solution to this is to not become to fixed in the mindset that you "dont have time".  Instead of eating out during lunch pack something from home.  If having to make a pit stop for something to eat make sure its a healthy choice.
If applicable and fees able join a gym and attend once a week.  This will help you to maintain a work out regimen though being faced with time.

Pampering/ Free Time/ Sleep

Your body at some point or another will feel the stress of working so much.  We recommend first and foremost that when having the opportunity to get some shut eye, take it at ALL COSTS!!!
If any type of pampering services are available from a loved one or even having to visit a massage parlor or spa, DO SO!!
